Susan Baker is an experienced program manager and senior engagement specialist with over 25 years of experience in the government and private sectors. With excellent analytical and high-level group facilitation skills, Susan can engage a wide range of stakeholders, from community members to senior executives. She has proven expertise in building relationships to bring people together and drive solutions.
Susan began her career in federal government policy and community engagement, then moved into the corporate sector, including Santos and Optus, where she led teams and managed change programs.
Since joining GTP, Susan has led the delivery of multifaceted consultation programs for State Government. Her work includes engagement for the Main South Road Upgrade planning studies and the Torrens to Darlington Project. Susan has strong capabilities in survey design, analysis and reporting that she applies to her consulting work. Her psychology and economics background enables Susan to synthesise insights to inform strategic recommendations grounded in data.
