Sophie has over 14 years of experience delivering strategic community and stakeholder engagement for complex infrastructure projects across rail, road, and utilities across Adelaide.
Using a collaborative approach and intuitive relationship-building skills, Sophie brings stakeholders together to facilitate great project and community outcomes. Her expertise in dynamic problem-solving, project planning, and issues management creates effective programs that engage community members throughout the project life cycle. This includes community reference groups, community education, art and wildlife programs, as well as delivering large-scale launch events.
Sophie’s personable and thoughtful engagement style enables her to build strong relationships with stakeholders, community members, businesses and project team members, and balance different parties’ interests effectively.
Sophie has led engagement on high profile projects including Ovingham Level Crossing Removal, Port Dock Railway Line, Regency Road to Pym Street and Oaklands Crossing projects.
