Lisa Earl is a leading community engagement specialist in Adelaide, having managed stakeholder programs for major SA infrastructure projects since joining GTP in 2009. Lisa's personable style, paired with her technical knowledge, engages stakeholders and community members while solving issues and enabling project success.

Lisa takes a passionate, collaborative approach to public participation. With excellent project management skills and an aptitude for managing complex projects and community needs, she develops solutions that give communities a voice.

With over a decade specialising in infrastructure engagement, Lisa had played a key role in many large-scale projects including the Victor Harbor Road and Main South Road Duplication project (with the Fleurieu Connections Alliance), Flagstaff Road Upgrade, Ovingham Level Crossing Removal project, Regency Road to Pym Street Project, Darlington upgrade and other major transport upgrades across Adelaide.
