Tara has successfully led engagement for a range of major projects in the transport, water, demolition and construction sectors. Tara’s ability to navigate political environments, build and maintain strategic networks and manage stakeholder expectations has been critical to delivering successful project outcomes. Tara is particularly skilled in managing project complexities, ensuring clear communication on negotiables and non-negotiables and engaging effectively with political leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
Tara’s project experience includes various major and minor rail projects, Port Wakefield to Port Augusta Alliance Project, King William Road Upgrade Project, Torrens Road to River Torrens Project, Lot Fourteen – Redevelopment and Public Realm works, Former Royal Adelaide Hospital (FRAH) Site Demolition Stages 1, 2, 3 and Boiler House and Remediation and Rail Revitalisation Project.
