Senior Engagement Consultant

Nicole has over 10 years of experience delivering communications and engagement programs for major infrastructure projects for South Australian government.

With expertise in complex infrastructure projects, Nicole has led the planning and implementation of engagement throughout both the design and delivery phases. She builds strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, community members, businesses and project team members to ensure engagement is effective, transparent, and tailored to achieve the best outcomes for both communities and projects.

Nicole understands the importance of early engagement to help maximise social value and mitigate impacts. She enjoys working with community throughout a project's life, including activities like community place-making reference groups to establish a forum between the local community and project team to help understand local issues, concerns and opportunities.

Nicole’s project experience includes the Tram Grade Separation Projects, Ovingham Level Crossing Removal, Regency Road to Pym Street, City Tram Extension, O-Bahn City Access and the Upper Yorke Peninsula Regional Road Network Program.
