Main South Road Duplication

Mott MacDonald for Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (2019 – ongoing)

GTP Role
We were engaged to undertake a community and stakeholder engagement process as part of the Planning Study. The aim of our early engagement was to gain stakeholder feedback to help inform the concept design for the Main South Road Duplication Project. A qualitative research approach was used to capture and analyse a range of community feedback. To support this approach, a broad range of techniques were adopted including online surveys, stakeholder interviews, listening posts, door knocking, email and telephone interactions.

Our comprehensive communisation ad engagement program has generated significant amount of community feedback which has                                     directly influenced the concept designs and planning study for the Department.
