Kellie has 23 years’ experience in the service industry over a variation of platforms, including; corporate and retail sales manager, customer service officer, operations manager
and community and stakeholder engagement coordinator.

Experienced with client management, assessing and managing opportunities, data management and reporting, presentations, logistics management, networking and event
management.

Kellie is experienced in managing and motivating positive behaviour, safety, emergency procedures and conflict resolution and can assess complex situations to make informed
decisions. All roles have been fast paced; requiring a high level of organisation, planning, implementation.

She is personable with the empathy and patience to deal with any given situation in a calm, professional and open-minded manner. Having lived and worked overseas for over 12 years,
she has become accustomed to working with many nationalities and a broad range of personalities.
