Josephine Telfer

Josephine has over 12 years’ experience working and volunteering in stakeholder and community engagement, consumer advocacy, co-design, strategic and social planning, and master planning. She has experience working with the private, government and community organisations.

Josephine is currently also a Principal at Joined Thinking, providing services to public, private and University sectors. She applies high level skills and experience in creating and maintaining community and stakeholder relationships.

Josephine appreciates the importance of understanding stakeholder concerns early in planning and design to avoid project delays and reducing avoidable costs. Josephine is committed to meaningful engagement with all members of the community in the design and development of plans and policies.
Josephine has experience in stakeholder engagement on a range of infrastructure projects including electricity transmission and distribution and transport infrastructure.
